Just got out of this pseudo punk. People working here (two ladies) approached me as a client with a power of attorney to settle the matter on behalf of another person in a very unfriendly, not polite, even rude way. They did not penetrate into what matter immediately hitting the client ... I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Edit. At the competition, also in Kłobuck, the first thing that catches the eye is the number of customers because it was necessary to wait and I arranged everything.

Mrs. Magdalena Szymańska! It just so happens that for almost 3 years I have been working at this point and I am the manager there and the situation described by you has NEVER HAVE PLACE. The complaint department itself, as you say, did not ask us for clarification of this situation, which is tantamount to the fact that the information provided by you is INVALID! You say that nothing can be done in Kłobuck, it's strange, because you gave the same account a positive opinion of the competition from Częstochowska Street (still Kłobuck K) at the same time. Is it a conscious action of competition? Ps. Due to the fact that I am a woman myself and this condition has accompanied me twice, believe me, I would never have done this in my life, nor would my colleagues at work. I HEART YOU MRS. Magdalena. The last time - and it's been a while since - when I was in the salon, I was heavily pregnant. I waited an hour because that was the amount of customer service, and then it was my turn ... unfortunately. I was treated like rubbish, insults, insults. I couldn't calm down. For what is happening in this showroom should be responsible not only financially for spoiling the reputation of the Plus network, but also disciplinary people at higher levels. Because I just described my situation in the hotline salon in detail and I was promised that someone from the management would call me. Unfortunately, it has not happened to this day. During my visit to the salon, I was so insulted that I cried in front of other clients and, despite the long waiting time, left with nothing. Negative opinions about this salon have been circulating for many years and no one does anything about it. The disgraceful thing is that people permanently residing in Kłobuck go to Częstochowa to arrange a simple thing by choosing local salons. There is anarchy in "Kłobucki Plus", a total pathology with which nobody wants to have anything to do with.

I am a frequent customer of this point and do not really understand where these negative opinions come from. The ladies working there are very nice, nice and very helpful in every situation and I don't really want to believe in the situations described below. I have never heard ladies treat someone badly, I heard many of their conversations with clients.
