Recently I ordered a number of items for family/friends for Easter gifts; namely the goods/items in question were Easter lambs (Baranki) and traditional Mazurki amongst other things; sadly some of the orders have gone missing in transit or have been stolen by the courier; I have been advised that the goods have been signed for yet my friends/family assure me that they have no idea what on earth I am talking about and have not seen or heard from any courier or Consonni; I have attempted contacting the sales staff and let’s say her long weekend is far more important than my serious concerns. Under normal circumstances management would treat this matter with the seriousness and gravity it deserves and be contacting me unendingly... Average selection of fabulous panettone, yeast cakes, tortes, choclates, biscuits, ice creams and other assortments yet seriously overpriced! I am bitterly disappointed!!!!

Delicious desserts, ice cream, a friendly staff, a fantastic meeting of "Goose for St. Martin", and in addition sometimes you can listen to live music in the cafe. I would recommend.
