5 months ago I asked a question about a double uncut bread slice. I didn't get any answer. Ladies in the bakery are slowly not nice when we ask if the machine is already repaired. I do not blame the ladies but to the owner of the machine who totally ignores customers. That's why I'm receiving another star and I think I'll start going somewhere else. I will add that I did not buy there only for my own use but for the whole family.
