PP Branch on Solidarity is a complete bottom, there is one active window for three windows, and instead of dealing with clients, you run and deal with other matters. The waiting time for service is 40 minutes! When sending the parcel where the cost of sending it is covered by the recipient (a consignment note printed with all data along with the number of the transferring contract), the lady wanted to cancel me an additional PLN 17 (the courier is cheaper). With the parcel I went to the branch on ul. Grodzka, no queue and after sending the parcel I heard only "thank you, that's all", quickly, efficiently and above all the lack of payment they wanted on Solidarity.

I wholeheartedly recommend no "Poczta Polska" facility. Apart from queuing almost every time as in the communist era, apart from the fact that there is only one window open, which significantly extends the delivery time, they also stretch their customers on the shipping prices as much as possible. For example, today I was sending the book again, I asked for the cheapest possible envelope and the form of shipment, according to the price list on the official website of "Poczta Polska", an economic letter mail with a size of B up to 1 kg of weight costs PLN 4.75, and what did you do from the window? She pressed the most expensive envelope and the book gave me a priority registered mail, thanks to which I paid less than PLN 14 instead of PLN 6, which is as much as a dpd courier or other recognized brand, which is much better in terms of quality compared to "Poczta Polska". In addition, the lady from the counter talks to clients as punishment, without any decency and personal culture. I do not recommend

Mail bottom !!!! In the queue you stand the hour because eternally only one window is active and the rest of you sitting and it's hard to say what he is doing !!!! failure to be as little contact with this place as possible

I call in the morning from the moment of opening the mail for 3 hours no one even deigned to pick up the phone. Post office employees do a manicure and fly in a dick instead of doing their work.
