As it is at the post office, there are always queues. But overall the service was nice.

Over 40 minutes of waiting to receive the package speaks for itself. Polish Post is currently one of the worst organized public facilities.

I am very surprised, nice and kind service, I was before closing so there was no queue at all, it was probably my best visit at the post office.

it is a pity that there is no asterisk -1, We have a company at ul. Kuźników 2 and NO package has been delivered to us for a year of operation of our company !!! We have also never received any advice, if the sender notifies us of sending, we wait a few days, hoping that maybe this time they will deliver (naively) and then we will go (without advice) to the post office for collection. Receiving a parcel borders on a miracle, because although it appears in the system that it should be, it is NOT there, it happened that we went to collect one parcel several times. I will not count how many parcels we did not know about sending returned to the sender, Complaints submitted at the post office - no reaction, they do not care and we pay them a lot of money for the service. In addition, queues at the post office huge, and the post office only from 9:00 am, in total I DO NOT RECOMMEND
