Generally, always OK. We have used so far from various travel agencies (sometimes destinations that no one else has, they decide on the choice of a particular organizer), but the best explanation is precisely with the Office HALEMBA. They have never disappointed me in any way. I always prepare well for the trip, I gather info about the places I choose to go to, there are always two-week trips (rarely happens less). We are eager to use the local PROVEN office !!! Analyzing most of the aspects, the HALEMBA Office, despite its innocent location, performed perfectly, like all other offices, - I was not disappointed - but they feel this atmosphere and lack of commitment. Never in this office did I meet with the fact that the service in any way pushed for the purchase of trips. I do not understand the accusations of many people who write opinions ... I think that these are people who tried to get you today's "Janusz-Doctors" to charge the organizers with the return of some money - THIS IS NOT THE TIMES! People need to be honorable !!! It is the organizer who sets the prices and conditions, the agent has no price, and it is known that the agency acts as an intermediary in the sale of the trip. OVERVIEW OF THE JOURNEY EXISTS FROM YOUR OBLIGATIONS IN 200% :)

I can see that I am not the only one with mixed feelings. Service level at a terrible level. Unfortunately, the people working in the office do not know what they are doing. The owner seemed nice at first, but when there were problems with the contract and booking, he avoided contact and blamed everything on the operator ... NOTE 3/4 of the positive comments were made by the family and friends of the "Nowak Brothers flying circus" If the owner comments in this way offending the person who expressed the critical opinion ... then we have nothing to talk about. Unfortunately, running a business requires commitment and a professional approach. This is what happens when you drink the cream after your parents' business and try to hold 2 magpies for one tail yourself.

Inspired by the post that is circulating on Facebook, I decided to check your office on Google. After reading the opinions of your recent customers, I am shocked because you have recently been recommended to me, in the coming days I wanted to visit you because I am interested in a family vacation. I am really disgusted with the comment the office owner wrote for the client's opinion. I don't know if the owner is aware of how social media works, but good PR is essential. Commenting on the customer's opinion, calling him a beggar, the owner publicly committed the offense under Art. 216 of the Penal Code.
