The friendliest service in the city. Ladies, polite and very efficient. Long lines are the result of being "victims" of their success. A bomb for me.
Post office with eternal queues do not improve the queue even nice ladies.
Very often I use these services, all just okay long queues.
I warmly greet you the Chief for refusing to accept a parcel exceeding the permissible weight by 10 grams (0.1% of the weight of the package) and unprofessional service. With this approach, I would suggest changing the profession!
