A wide selection of flowers, the staff always smiling, we hope there are more such places in Racibórz. They offer helium inflatable balloons a big plus, they are perfect for a gift.
Drama. I ordered a bouquet online for my mother to surprise her. I chose between 13:00 and 16:00 the day before when she was supposed to be home. Unfortunately, the delivery was very delayed, which I learned from my dad, because no one from the florist deigned to call me.
When the bouquet finally arrived, there was no one there.
I was not informed about it, otherwise I would have to leave the parcel, for example, at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, no one else came up with it and the flowers came back again. So I had to call again and ask and waste time. Only after 19:00 my mother called with thanks ... I don't know how it would end without my further interference ... would the flowers be taken? was it sent the second day after the last holiday? ... I don't want to complain any more but I didn't even receive an apology ... I understand your traffic and I appreciate working so that's why my criticism refers to the level of communication and the approach to the client, even though the flowers they didn't quite look like the picture they were very pretty anyway. Greetings.
