Several times I had trouble because, when I wanted to pay for the goods, I could not use the card because their card errors did not "see" the funds on the account. At the ATM the same ... And here Friday after 4:00 pm and the man is left without funds until Monday, because the post closed after all. Zero information from the bank's website before ... Telephone service incompetent. I definitely do not recommend it.

I recommend using the services of this Bank. Taking credit I was very satisfied. I was quickly and professionally served. After repayment, it turned out that the interest paid less than it was in the contract. My relatives also use the services of Bank Spółdzielczy in Działdowo z / s in Lidzbark. Service in the room super fast, but very nice, competent and kind. A trustworthy bank.

Unfortunately, the bank that stopped in time, far behind the 21st century. Ladies in the windows are always dissatisfied, not willing to help, the only thing missing is "good morning". Customer service training should be a priority here. Of course, this does not apply to every employee.
