Art. 30. 1. Remuneration of teachers, subject to art. 32, consists of: 1) basic remuneration; [2) additions: for long service, incentive, functional and working conditions;] 3) remuneration for oversize hours and hours of ad hoc replacements; 4) prizes and other benefits resulting from the employment relationship, with the exception of benefits from the company's social benefits fund and the allowance of which referred to in art. 54 par. 5. 2. The amount of the teacher's basic salary depends on degree of professional promotion, qualifications and size of classes compulsory, and the amount of allowances, respectively, from the period of employment, quality provided work and additional tasks or classes entrusted position or function and difficult or arduous working conditions. 3. The average salary of teachers is for: 1) trainee teacher - 100%, 2) contract teacher - 111%, 3) appointed teacher - 144%, 4) qualified teacher - 184% - the basic amount, determined for teachers annually in the Budget Act. According to art. 30 para. 3 of the Act of January 26, 1982 - the Teachers' Charter (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 967 and 2245) sets the basic amount for teachers - in the amount of PLN 3,045.21.

For some time, kindergarten has been governed by its own laws - different from other kindergartens in the city. Unfortunately in a negative sense. Children's education is limping, you don't want to work. Why teach children to read, etc.? There was a strike recently (apparently as the only kindergarten in the city). It is hard to think that you can strike in the interest of teachers saying that it is for the benefit of children. What did the middle school strike have in common with the kindergarten? What did he have in common for preschoolers? The most important is the good of the teaching staff. When the gymnasium was introduced, were women also on strike?
