I am very disappointed with the quality of customer service. In response to my inquiry, I was told to search on the website. Mattresses are cheated in height. The manufacturer declares a mattress height of 12.5 cm, in fact the mattress is 10cm, and the seller claims that the cover material is 2.5 cm thick. This is a blatant scam! The cover is poorly sewn, not adjusted to the dimensions of the mattress. When you buy mattresses from this company, you pay for imaginary centimeters in height and air. They punch customers into a balloon and laugh in their face!
There is no showroom in Poznań where you can see mattresses, and I was interested in the offer, I have the impression that the company is not interested in the market in our city.
