Super seat reservation, very close to the beach and all attractions. Peace and quiet, wonderful owners, we are here again and certainly not the last. A place worth recommending for any normal person 🤣🤣🤣

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, you can see that the owners do their best (they disinfect everything, the grass is soft, well-groomed), on the other hand, they are extremely irritating (the type of people who have to add their three pennies everywhere, for example, I got a support that the child walks without a hat). On the one hand, they say that they like children and we even got a free soup for them, on the other hand, there are no amenities for children (platforms, toys, playground - despite the fact that the garden is large). We wanted to come for a week, but the landlady informed on the phone that we would have to change the room then, as she has reservations after that. So we shortened our booking to 5 days. Then after our arrival it turned out that ... after 3 nights we have to change the room to another. To mention that we have 3 young children, so it took us a long time to pack and unpack. The owners themselves moved our luggage from room to room and things from the refrigerator, but we still wasted a lot of time. On the other hand, we got the opportunity to stay in the same room until the end, but it was very Spartan (2 sqm bathroom and outside the room, mini fridge shared with another room, no kitchenette, nowhere to wash dishes, cramped room). So I wonder if we were supposed to have such poor conditions all the time, or if for some reason we were accommodated somewhere else than originally planned. This option is also possible, because the owner is crazy - she asked several times during our stay when we were leaving and she was always surprised. For the first room (on the first floor, facing the street) I would give a rating of 2, maybe 3 due to the low price. A double bed not much bigger than a couch, plus a single quilt (I measured with those on the couch). Loud from the street, the street lamp turns on and off every now and then, from this side also the sun shines in the afternoon and in the evening it is impossible to sleep, because the room is 30 degrees C. And there is no kitchenette, no bathroom and no place at all, where you could sit with tea, when the children are already asleep. There is a shared kitchen, but in a separate part of the building, and closed after dark. The owners keep the whole house locked every now and then, and because you only get one set of keys, sometimes there is a problem to get to the room when you split up (I went to lull my son, my husband cleaned the daughters in the gazebo after the meal and they were to come soon . Impatient, I finally went to get him and it turned out ... that he was waiting with them all the time at the door, because they had been closed when the owners left somewhere). For the second room (bedroom plus kitchen with a bed facing the garden) I would give 4 plus (plus, because cheap). It heats up less, a lot more space, there is a kitchenette and a bathroom. The conditions are still harsh, but they can last several days. Certainly, a great advantage of the place is the proximity to the public beach and the playground as well as the town center (here and here 5 minutes). In conclusion, if the other accommodation is full, you can come. Then ask for a room with a kitchen and a bathroom from the garden.

It's OK. The lady of the house was nice and even tried to give us our own bikes for a ride. I recommend it.
