Unfortunately, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I haven't used the services yet and I've experienced a very unprofessional approach to the client. My husband and I wanted to celebrate my birthday and rent a deluxe lake view bungalow because we love water. As the check-in time was given by 8 p.m. and we could be at 8:15 p.m. I decided to call and make sure that it would be possible to avoid problems at the reception desk. As an answer, I heard OK, but please make reservations outside the booking service. It is known for what reasons - then the resort saves even about 20% of the commission. It's not a problem for me, so I sent an IMMEDIATELY email with the booking confirmation as requested. Due to the reservation, I postponed my doctor's appointments by one day to match them to the day of our trip (in Poznań) and many other dates that I matched at this point with this trip. Half an hour later, I received an email with the information that unfortunately our cottage was rented to someone else. At this point, another client received the house, which I had booked a long time in advance because no one had downloaded it from the reservation. If I had not obeyed the request and booked through booking, I would now have a house where I could celebrate my birthday, spend a pleasant vacation and conveniently reach my dates. At this point, through the request of the center and the desire to save their commission, someone else received a house, I only heard that it is not their fault (and whose fault?) Professionally, we are still traveling, really all over the world, but I have not experienced such a bad behavior towards the client yet.
