A great place for a carefree holiday. A spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room on each of the 2 levels. But most of all GARDEN. Beautiful, extensive, well-kept and thoughtful. There are places to relax in the shade every step of the way, and swings, sandbox, volleyball court, table tennis. Well, a fairy tale. The owners are also very nice. 3 nice beaches nearby 1) Wawrowice - wide sandy descent, large beach 2) Łąkorz - a tiny beach by a beautiful lake and a gentle sandy descent 3) Szwarcenowo - a great place for sunset. The entrance to the water is mild, but quite muddy and with algae. I highly recommend a trip with children 2+. Need to take a fix for steep stairs. And you cannot avoid walking between the levels because the dishwasher is upstairs 😉

A very good place to spend time with family or friends. The entire facility consists of three buildings, a house, a farm building and a small "cottage" with a barbecue area and tables for sitting. There is also a large volleyball court, table tennis and basketball. In addition, there are bikes available for you to go on a trip along the surrounding picturesque roads. A great place for anyone who likes to spend time actively. The house itself is very clean and tidy, you can see that everything inside is fresh and clean. A barbecue, a place for a bonfire and places for arguing are located behind the farm building, thanks to which the party does not disturb people sleeping at home until late at night. I would recommend!

A wonderful place to relax. We loved the house and the garden, especially the covered terrace covered with grapes. The quiet area with lakes invites to active recreation. Hilly roads so you can get tired on bikes 🙂. The atmosphere is created by Mrs. Basia and Mr. Andrzej. Excitable owners with good energy. The neighbor's hen visits the place and the lucky ones can find eggs in the bushes. We really relaxed and we highly recommend this place.

Amazing place. No matter if with family or friends, everyone will find their own corner. Whether it's a quiet morning coffee surrounded by a beautiful garden, or a barbecue party with friends. A great place for children, toys, sandbox, swings .. everything is safely arranged so that you can let children out of your sight. For active people, a whole range of bikes to choose from and the most diverse equipment, from volleyball, through ping-pong, to darts ... The house is fully equipped, you do not need to take absolutely anything with you. General store 20m from the house. A great base for many great places in this region. I would recommend!

A great place. Perfect for parties with friends. A house with a climate, you want to be in it. Next to the house there is a junior with a brick grill and garden furniture, a volleyball court, darts, table tennis, table football, bicycles. I would highly recommend
