Equipment very little competitive by other stores in the electronics and household appliances industry in terms of prices and range, I would say that it even stands out significantly. I was in this store today and the service was very bad, they looked very tired not only from work but also from life. One thing is for sure, it was my first visit to you.

Probably the worst service I have experienced. Especially the gentleman with blonde hair like a well-worn shih tzu who, with his rude behavior, tried to scare the client (read: me) and when asked for his name and surname in order to talk to the manager, he simply hid in the back room without a word. The emotionally "withdrawn" behavior of a person, so if he cannot behave, how can he work in the customer service department? Are such people employed now? Until such shortages in the frame are such that you need to use this type of people? Pathetic, especially according to the ordinance of the Minister of Health, it is recommended to use masks, but people who have problems with the respiratory tract, e.g. with asthma, are exempt from this obligation. Of course, I disinfected my hands, kept the appropriate distance from devices and people - basically 2 people in the store + staff. The store employee was of course informed about my health condition in a very polite way, but apparently for him it was a fuse to play Chuck Norris, the Neonet guard and he could get over his complexes a bit 🤔
