Great store to get modern Polish music, never had a problem with my orders over several years, always in good condition and the correct CD. My local post office sometimes delays delivery for some reason, after a complaint the delivery arrives. Highly recommended.

Pomimo różnych recenzji które czytałem wcześniej, stwierdziłem że warto dać szanse. No i ... mega pozytywne zaskoczenie. Zamówinie złożone w poniedziałek było u mnie już w środę. Płyty które zamawiałem były w nienaruszonym wręcz perfekcyjnym stanie (czego nie mogę powiedzieć o innych stronach świadczących podobne usługi). Plus również za cene, bo można znaleźć sporo fajnych rzeczy po okazyjnej cenie. Mam nadzieje że następne zamówienia również będą tak bezbłędne.

I live in the UK and twice a year (December and holiday period) I ordered LPs, CDs, DVDs from the DVDmax store. Each order exceeded the sum of PLN 400. Before Christmas, I made an order for PLN 800 and I am very disappointed. Two plates were damaged. Dvdmax offered to send back the CDs at my expense, which is a scandal for me. It wasn't my fault the discs were badly packed. I would like to add that dvdmax ordered the defective goods to be packed very carefully. Otherwise, they will withdraw from the complaint. The service is terrible for communists. I do not recommend the store, I do not recommend buying in dvdmax.
Contrary to many opinions, I am very pleased with the DVDmax.pl store. I found a CD there not available in other stores. The telephone contact was on the first try and very factual. After payment, the next business day, the package was sent. The product is already in good condition.
It was my first purchase in this store. I recommend it
