Ordering products in the Abra store is absurd!
18 July 2020 I ordered a wardrobe in the online store. The Konin store took over the order. I received the product on November 4, 2020. Over 3 months of waiting.
First, I received information that I would be waiting up to 6 weeks (the website mentions 10 days), after this time I received information that the wardrobe will appear in the next week, then in the next, over 3 months have passed.
The wardrobe I received was damaged, the boards were swollen with water. Currently, I am waiting for the company to collect the defective goods from me.
The store does not feel responsible for the situation.
It is a pity that the rating scale does not start from -10, because this store deserves it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Friendly service, long waiting times for the ordered products.
As for the furniture, it is very good quality, comfortable and nice. Professional and friendly service. I have no objections, I recommend.
