After the first visit to the salon I was very pleased, the hairdresser was nice - Justyna, feeling of comfort and relaxation. I made an appointment with Mrs. Dominica for the second visit because of the absence of the previous hairdresser. The fact that the hair is successful, but the haircut is fatal, as you can see in the pictures, first of all, the uneven length is not visible to the naked eye, in addition, individual longer strands. When I noticed that it is probably uneven, she said that I think because I have a compartment on the side. I wear hair all my life and I've never had such a bad cut. No rules, no divisions, no pull-outs, only a cut hair trimmer ... And besides the service, Mrs. Dominika should learn to control emotions and character, I felt very bad during my stay in the salon, she literally swept the interns, she talked to them like some kind of brood , and the apprentice shook with fear, literally mobing. I understand apprenticeship, but not in this way. No scruples that there is a customer in the salon and you would have to ensure a nice atmosphere.

I am very unpleased. I came with a picture of a nice, warm blonde. The lady replied that it was not my type of beauty and it would turn out to be red. She proposed a tone darker than my natural hair from the top and blonde for the rest of the length. I thought that only from the top they will be darker and maybe it's worth a try. Today at work everyone asked who spoiled my hair so much ... Where not to go. Thus, they convinced me that I was right ... There is dark brown from the top (my natural color has nothing to do with brown). The rest of the length of the hair is a sort of gray blonde ... Ugly. I feel deceived ... This is not how you presented the end result to me. I am ignoring the fact that you were constantly venting your frustrations on your colleagues, which has nothing to do with professionalism. I felt bad and I didn't even know if I would be treated like that when I spoke. Talking about that a friend you served, an employee with other clients, is also not there. This tragedy happened yesterday. Today I called another hairdresser to fix it as soon as possible .. But I decided that I did not pay for what I required. I am going to the salon to file a complaint. Maybe someone will rehabilitate ... I'll let you know. ... The lady did not feel guilty. Another hairdresser corrected her hair during two visits.
