Dad is on crutches, he suffers from pain and NOBODY at registration informed about the fact that the doctor is a remautologist only on Tuesdays. I am disappointed with such an inhumane approach. A suffering man, who waited patiently in the waiting room, was sent back in the receipts and still with a grudge, "you had to say at registration that it was a rheumatologist", you had to ask! Nobody is a clairvoyant !!!

As for the zero-charge medical practice for the woman who is responsible for making appointments, adherence to the coronovirus rules and general registration assistance, etc, I think this is pure scandal. I personally made an appointment at 4:20 pm in front of me, there were 3 people after waiting more than 30 minutes. The lady from the reception said that there was still a group of 20 foreigners ahead of us, who entered and left it, it was unknown how long we would wait. There is a card on the door which clearly shows the number of people in the waiting room and the number of 4 people. How were 20 people allowed in the waiting room? The rest of the people who had an appointment for given hours found out that if you do not like something, you can choose other occupational medicine doctors. A little lack of professionalism on the part of the lady serving the reception. After many comments, the lady after 1.5 hours of waiting decided to take referrals and announced that we had to wait in the meantime, we were informed that 15 people had been arranged at 5:00 PM. Now a very important question arises: why make an appointment for a specific time, if you are not accepted at a certain time and in a certain number of people in front of you? Proposing a more professional approach would help in serving the customer. As it turns out, there are two different ladies who handle the registration and admission of patients.

The doctor is very nice and sympathetic, who knows his stuff. The lady who lets inside is very dry and not too nice as if she was working as a punishment.

An elderly lady at the reception, however, is a little worse, while I was waiting in the waiting room was very rude to patients who had a problem with, among others some referrals, etc. In my opinion, a woman should politely explain if something is unclear and not float with great pride while talking to the patient. In conclusion, the doctor recommendable and the lady from the reception should probably put her pride in her pocket and at least smile at the patient at the entrance.
