They have 3 hours to release the car from the time of notification, and this is how much you have to count, after 2 hours of waiting at the ramp, unloading began.

Auto 20 hours on loading. The car arrived more than 30 minutes before the slot, but they decided we were late. In a worse place we haven't loaded yet.
