The company for which I have an assistance service chose TransPol to tow my vehicle. The car broke down in Belgium. Almost 1100 km to cover. One phone call and a few minutes were enough to arrange everything. I was provided with a replacement car, clean and prepared for such a route, and mine was taken to the indicated workshop. The tow truck driver (Mr. Szymon if I remember correctly) very nice and polite. He inspected my car, the replacement car, prepared documentation (also photographic) and the cars were released. As it was the first time I used such assistance, he gave me all the necessary information. On a small minus, I must add that the gate remote control remained in the replacement car. After calling the office, they found he was not in the car. Fortunately, I had a number to the driver who brought me a replacement car and retrieved the said pilot

I had an appointment to replace the tires at 1 p.m. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for the service. It was explained, inter alia, that the position was taken by another vehicle. And when my car was finally taken care of, it turned out that the replacement takes so long, because my car is old and it is difficult to replace the tires (the car is only a year old, bought at the showroom, so not that old again). Another translation was that the tires are badly stocked. I believe that the company does not take the client seriously. That's why I made an appointment so as not to wait and waste my time. Due to the failure to meet the deadline, I do not recommend it.

The workshop, as for Gryfice conditions, may be impressive, but I will describe briefly. I do not recommend it to anyone, if you care about your cars, avoid this workshop with a wide wheel, messing up and not knowing to diagnose the fault caused huge repair costs, maybe they know older cars, but the more packed electronics this workshop does not know what to do, no Skilful erasure of the error in the opinion of the workshop is a repair. Congratulations on a higher-level partnership. Attention the owner, after an unsuccessful repair, called me with pressure for opinions, maybe he thought that if I am young myself, I would be scared, ZGY 2717U.

Skip this workshop. Instead of being repaired, the car ended up on a trailer, and from the assurances I received that I could go ahead, there was an expensive repair, I don't know if it's the fault of the mechanics working there or maybe the owner doesn't control the workshop. ZGR868LY. Please, register number, and that's not all in another workshop it turned out that the part that you inserted was supposed to be new and you put it in used, but deleted as new. I warn other owner of calling with complaints for honest opinions, boor and simpleton

On the way to vacation, not a nice surprise, the lemons refused to obey .... we are waiting for repair, but at the start very much, I must congratulate the crew, especially the tow trucks ... he put the car back to the workshop and brought it back to the place of accommodation .... it is really rare to meet good people today ... but as they say, good is back. We greet you from the tow truck Mr. Jarek from Goleniów. The car was repaired, the gentlemen from the workshop in Gryfice sweat their brow to make the lemon ready at the end of the stay and the fault was very serious. Customer service was also at the highest level. Thank you very much, the car has reached Jelenia Góra without any problems.
