Tragic service. When I am going to pick up the goods because I have received an e-mail that it is available, I expect that I will come and pick it up, not that the service lady will tell me that I should look for it myself in the warehouse and at some point she will say that you have to come tomorrow because she does not know where it is. It is enough not to send an e-mail that the goods are ready to be picked up when they are not there or do not know where they are, after all, this is what these e-mails are for, so that people do not stand in lines and look for only picking up without wasting time. I am asking for training the crew in such matters. Best regards.

Here in Germany it is similar to the Danish bed camp. Very well air conditioned. Here, too, great care is taken to ensure that the corona measures are observed. Very nice and friendly staff. The parking lot is handicapped accessible and so is the entrance area and the shop itself.
