While I've never been able to complain too much about customer service before, this time I was faced with total ignorance. Using the form on the CA website, I wanted to make an appointment to make various changes to my account. The first time someone actually contacted me, unfortunately I just couldn't make it for health reasons, so I suggested another day. I have not received any answer anymore. So I tried to arrange another meeting, then another. Zero contact from the bank.

There is always a single ticket office open. Drama I was with a girl because she has an account withdrawing money from the cash register almost an hour, unfortunately she lost her card. Suddenly I came to the second cash register to the queue's joy but at the same time you turned up from the first cash register. I strongly advise against this bank or branch.

The service provides the customer with all the information he needs or simply asks for it. I have no objections to the staff of this institution, because I have been a customer of this bank for several years and I decided to mention a few good words, I hope this opinion will help and dear reader look into this institution.
