Tragedy. Clutter on wheels and mockery of the client. A kilometer long queue to the cash register, a lot of people and two open. I omit that those who "know each other" with the ladies from the window come without a queue. Two CDMs - both closed. Broken deposit modules. Despite the reports, they were not fixed either in the near future (despite assurances) or even later. I Bury. Nervous bank changes guaranteed. Maybe a second / third ward could be used? Kołobrzeg is not a tiny town and every year there are more and more potential customers, so you have to open up to them and not treat them as an intruder, from whom you only have to extract capital for a wasted percentage or hold it down with some other weak banking product that the competition offers at a high level and without thieving charges like Pekao. I do not recommend. Regards moderately.

A mockery, not a bank. Christmas is too much. 0 is due to this bank. The waiting time is an hour. Defeat

I would give 0 stars but you can't! I sat for an hour at a table with individual customer service, zero people in a queue of 6 people working, none of them deigned to invite me. No greetings I do not recommend. Will someone take care of this facility? ??

Defeat. Still queues. 5 cashiers are sitting and 2 working. The manager was very rude. Avoid!

Bank like everyone but bank service very nice and helpful that's why 5 stars. All in all I was dealing with Pania Renata who used to know things and today with Pania Elżbieta. greetings
