Unfortunately, a rather disappointing visit. The Oreo cake? Has nothing to do with neither Oreo or pastry, as a matter of fact. The dark "dough" crumble and the cheese/cream layer were both completely flavourless, therefore, it was quite a big portion of a low quality product. Perhaps the cake wasn't of its first freshness, it was hard to tell. On the good side, the service was kind and and very energetic, therefore ☆☆

There is a waffle price board in front of the restaurant. I went to the self-service counter. I wanted to place an order, the lady indicated that I should sit at the table where the waitress would serve me. The lady came, did not give the card, but asked what I was ordering. I asked for an espresso and waffle while asking for the bill right away. The lady walked away saying she would be bringing it soon. After about 30 minutes the lady still didn't come back with the bill and she didn't serve other guests either. Only after asking another employee to remind her friend, the waitress appeared. The price on the bill (PLN 27) was inconsistent with the price list in front of the premises (30% higher!). When asked for an explanation, the lady said that when you order from a waiter at a table, it is more expensive. When asked why I was directed from the window to the table without information about this rule, the lady replied in a very rude tone - because you wanted coffee! When asked why this information is not given anywhere, the lady arrogantly replied that people do not read anything anyway and the prices are in the card. I noticed that I had not received the card. Lady shrugged, stated that she hadn't given the card because she hadn't thought about it. I looked around - there was no menu on any of the tables. I am convinced that this is deliberately misleading customers. Each premises has the right to set the price level, the customer has the right to choose whether they suit him or her. However, the situation described above is evidence of deliberate manipulation. And the selection of staff - arrogance, disregard for the client, the manner of conversation proves that the quality of service is not taken care of and only the client's wallet counts, not his satisfaction.

In the middle of the information that the order from the waiter, we sit, we sit, we sit and the waitress does not see us. After approaching her, she only came to us. The order brought quickly, polite and nice. We are waiting for the bill and the waitress has not been anywhere for several minutes, I found another, it turned out that it was not her tables but instead she located the one at which tables we were sitting - gossip for a bar probably in 4 or 5 people. Ice cream wasn't crazy, just ice cream usually. Coffee, with ice and whipped cream hmm ... When ordering coffee, you want to get coffee with toppings, not a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream, dumped coffee, taste so-so. First and last visit. I do not recommend.
