Wanting to give away the parcel to DHL, the older blonde lady made a statement that she would not accept the parcels. The reason was the lack of space and the fact that she was responsible for these packages. I have no complaints that the parcel did not accept, but how we were treated. Mrs. with a grudge in her voice shouting at us with other clients poured out her frustration. At the end, when we were going out very culturally, she summarized: 'Well, I did it very briefly'. We left without comment, because it is a pity to shred the language if the client is treated as a necessary evil. For this we were treated without a hitch a bit further in Żabka on Kamienna.
