We thought it was a new company in the market with relatively good prices. Nothing could be more wrong! The cremation itself costs PLN 1,200, and PLN 450 in Koszalin! The quality of service cut the last nail in the coffin. I had the impression that the crew was not well-coordinated, even nervous, as if they were fulfilling their duties as punishment. It was unnecessary stress that overwhelmed us.

On June 27, 2020, my future mother-in-law passed away, we were devastated ... Faced with a tragedy for which we were not prepared in any way, in a new situation for us - we did not know what to do. Each of us is aware that he will go away someday, but somewhere in the back of our minds we think that our loved ones will live as long as we do. The first funeral home we visited was Onyx. Very professional people, full of empathy and understanding for the situation. We felt as if we were visiting friends, very good friends to talk to. We wanted, however, out of curiosity to go to Regina and Zielona Miejska, but we were treated there like customers at the post office in the style - next please .. We both knew we wanted the Onyx Funeral Home to take care of everything. On July 3, 2020 there was a farewell and a funeral on July 4. We felt taken care of from the beginning to the very end. Everything was done just as we agreed. The gentlemen who conducted the funeral procession and let the urn into the quarters approached us to offer us sincere, really sincere condolences, we felt that they were not employees but someone closer to our heart. Once again, we would like to thank you very much, everyone and everyone, each employee, starting from the office, crematorium, funeral procession, and the owner of the Onyks funeral home. We recommend the Onyks Funeral Home with a clear conscience and now we know that nothing in life is certain and if we face such a big tragedy again, we only take the above-mentioned company into account. Thank you very much again .....

I would like to thank the company ONYKS for help with the burial of my father-in-law, in particular for the professionalism of the seriousness of the situation and very high standard ceremonies that I have never encountered before. Thanks again on my behalf and on behalf of my whole family.

I would like to recommend the Onyks Plant. The death of a loved one is always unexpected and only then do we look for the services of such a company. In my case, I had to come from another city, but the Onyks company stood up to the task in every aspect. First of all: very good telephone contact. Secondly: after an hour, the company's staff took up the commissioned activities and handled everything in a really exemplary manner. Third, the ceremony in the nearby crematorium was prepared on a level and in accordance with our wishes. Everything calmly, with empathy and kindness. For my part, thank you very much for your cooperation in this difficult moment.
