Selling a client after buying a flat is probably their standard. Personally, I am waiting for the replacement of burned-out glass. A lot could be written about defects in the common parts of the building such as balconies, staircase. I think only the civil law route will speak to the developer. I will not mention the reconstruction of the building without the consent of the community.

I definitely do not recommend Svedpol, 1 star in the rating is an exorbitant rating for this company. After buying a flat and finding faults you can hear only empty promises from Mr. Andrzej, for more than a year I have been waiting for a leaky door exchange if someone wants to confirm the opinion I invite you to Gościna on Kwiatowa street each one expresses the same opinion.

Hello. We personally have to wait a year and a half for the exchange of entrance doors ..... (And this is certainly a problem for several apartments, the doors are badly set), and there is no answer from their side that they are already ordered. Selling a client after buying a flat is probably their standard.
