In this way, he paves the way for his friends to buy, as he wrote in correspondence. In his opinion about the office, he made a false statement, for which he would answer before a Polish court. He also introduces himself as a professional negotiator, although after his actions it can be said that this has little to do with well-understood practices. Repeatedly, under the guise of commitment and determination in purchasing real estate, he has already changed the arrangements and deadlines contained in 16 letters and 22 draft reservation agreements. The payment for the purchase of real estate was to be deposited with a notary public. Despite the expiry of the deadline - he failed to meet the contract, inventing another problem in the content of the contract. He submitted the next request for a draft notarial deed. The notary public informed the buyer that the draft act will be made available upon payment of a minimum fee, which will be deducted from the notary costs of the transaction. The broker was exposed to additional costs, among others translations of 38 letters and draft contracts sent to Ole Schweikhart - in Polish and German. The bureau did not demand additional fees in addition to the commission, but now due to the termination of the contract and the amount of work incurred, it will be charged the costs incurred by the bureau for him in the period from November 2 to December 13, 2019. Considering the above, the thought suggests that Ole Schweikhart's activities consisted only in phishing information in order to buy real estate bypassing his office by his "friends". TEMIDA has been operating for 23 years and has never seen such a dishonest customer who gives false information defamating the good name of a company.
