I advise against cooperation with the office. Anyone who buys a trip with them can expect that they will not leave or leave but will not be accommodated in the hotel. This office is notoriously defaulting on its payment obligations towards entities providing services to them. Our company performed for them in June 2019 service in the field of transporting trips to Italy and despite the fact that customers have settled their payments to the office a long time ago, we did not receive money for the service - there are more companies like ours. Of course, the owner promised to give away embezzled money by the end of August, but we have September and neither transfer nor contact from the office ...

A travel agency that fails to comply with the contract. We have been trying for a few months to recover money for the trip that we gave up (before the trip they changed the conditions that were unacceptable to us).

Attention to this office, before leaving for Croatia, they changed the hotel, of course, for the worse, where there was dirt and a tight roof, which gave water inside, Zero contact does not fulfill the services they sell. I do not recommend !!!
