A few days ago I arranged for the salon to undercut my hair. I admit that from the appointment and entrance to the living room you felt an unpleasant attitude to the customer. I agree with the opinion that Ms. Kujawska should work on her personal culture. That's how it expresses to the clients leaves a lot to be desired. Especially that during cutting my hair, Mrs. Kujawska talked with her friend about her private matters, which I think was very unprofessional. The more so because it raised topics that the client certainly should not hear. I also think her comments about my hair could have been said in a different way. Once again, I repeat: lack of customer approach and lack of personal culture and lack of professionalism at work. But still, I could turn a blind eye to it, if it were not for the fact that when combing my hair, Mrs. Kujawska used a brush on which the hair of previous clients could be clearly seen. For me it is reprehensible that in the hair salon (where, as you said, it will soon be more appreciated) you use the equipment without proper disinfection! Work hygiene is the basis, because it performs cosmetic services and I know what you can get infected with. And I think you do not even have to work in the industry to know that you should not use a brush after another person without proper cleaning. The living room itself could also look a bit better, or at least you should at least remove dust from cosmetics. As for the actual hair cutting, I can not fault myself, although it was only the tips undercut, so you could not do it wrong. Maybe even better. But I will certainly not make an appointment for another visit. I give one star, because I think it is UNACCEPTABLE to not obey work hygiene in the salon. Ms. Kujawska should consider what the consequences may be, as a client might get infected with something. And by the way, I recommend working on your personal culture, because '' to earn more and value '', you also have to represent something with yourself.

I recommend this salon and lady Renate! I am always happy after visiting this salon, the color of the paint is always well-chosen and well done, occasionally estimate the haircut on a scale of up to 10. It gives 100, because each time it stays long :) Oh, and for a woman who does not see disinfection in this salon, please open your eyes the next time and look around because always but always disinfection is on the console so that it is always within the reach of the client's hand and eye! And never let me say bad words to Ms. Renatke !, she is a really recommendable female hairdresser and a woman who you can trust in every respect! 😊
