Good bank. A bit more archaic than commercial, but it has its advantages, e.g. they do not attack loans or deposits. If it were still a modern application and blik payments, it would be great. I am glad that I passed from the Millennium. In addition, it is a Polish local bank, not a corporal moloch.

The Lord at the bank is not at all kind. After knowing they are queuing, they do not count with an individual client. To pay them attention they are arrogant and not pleasant. This is especially true for service on the market.

Queues some massacre !!! You have to stand about 30 minutes, they have no time for their clients, maybe they think that we are the ones for them. The worst when a friend comes, they sit and talk as if they were in a cafe. I had this situation lately, 6 positions, 1st talking to a friend, 2nd calculates money, 3rd has a card that does not support and sits and does nothing, 4th supports only transfers, 2 empty positions. Blond, who debates with a friend is waiting because in 10 minutes she goes to breakfast she laughs silly at him that they are still gossiping. The one that doesn't support is also waiting because it goes right for breakfast. The man stands 30 minutes to settle the matter that will take them and our precious time 5 minutes to the max. In total, only one of the six positions is accepted. Sick .... what a time ....

Big queues. Currency exchange prices are a mistake. Medium account terms. It's worth taking a mortgage for that 😂
