I have been treating myself at the Perfekt Smile clinic for a long time, with major breaks. At the beginning I will mention what is a plus - this clinic helped me tame my fear of the dentist, the visits were rather painless. However, I also have a lot of anger and resentment. First of all: the prices are horrendously high, I thought that in other clinics they are also like that, but even a very good clinic in Grudziądz has up to half cheaper services, it is the only place in Brodnica at such a level, hence the owners can afford such rates . Not very honestly. Secondly: Recently, a new regulation has entered the clinic, which says that if you do not cancel a scheduled visit early enough, you bear the costs. Ok, I have met with such practices and I understand that, if someone cancels the visit, the clinic loses money, but! Regulations say up to 400 PLN for a longer visit, which the client will not cancel. Third thing: I confirm what I read in other comments - in Perfect Smile you feel as if you were in the store. Feel that the kind staff is because the customer pays a lot, not because they are naturally nice. Fourth point: I am deeply disappointed with the attitude of some doctors, I have doubts about the effective treatment. Recently I was on a visit and I was counting on finalizing the treatment process. It turned out that there was more work to do than on the day I started treatment. I was also told that I should have two crowns made and that an additional visit to another doctor is needed (the consultation itself costs PLN 400!). Disappointed, I decided to use the services of a very good, valued clinic in Grudziądz, it turned out that most likely there are not enough dental work to be performed, and moreover, no crowns are needed at this stage, which would be a huge expense in Perfect Smile. To sum up - I am very disappointed with the behavior towards clients in Perfect Smile. The most annoying thing is to trick people into money, I treat it like a scam. That's not how you make money, dear bosses.

A pleasant surprise, because I did not know the place, and I wanted to quickly deal with the problematic eight. When I called to make an appointment, all the next appointments were taken, but the very kind lady, considering that it is an urgent matter, called me back and invited me to visit as soon as the next date became available, for which I am grateful! The service at the highest level, as well as the entire staff - the treatment is quick and painless, I recommend it!

A place worth recommending! Man does not remain alone. The treatment plan allows to visualize the actual state of dentition and to plan the treatment. This is undoubtedly a professional treatment that I have not experienced before. Here you have everything in place and undoubtedly everything you need, support, care and professional work! Two teeth saved root canal, the rest treated. Maybe if they were done right, it would not be, but I'm glad that I finally found my hands 😊I recommend to the undecided!
