I do not recommend. The credit process takes a long time. Advisor presenting an offer at a very high level. I waited a week for credit info, everything was stuck somewhere. If it were not for the alerts in BIK, I would not know that two inquiries were made, within a few days to one application. I advise you to be careful. The offer is quite ok, the cheapest.

Very nice service. Formalities are handled quickly and efficiently. Competent ladies who know the answers to all questions asked. I highly recommend it!

Incompetent service. Most staff only know the answers to basic questions. Very slow settlement. Employees should have training to adapt them to changes in technology.

Very nice and friendly service. Competitive interest rate on loans. A professional team will always help and advise. Modern and secure internet banking. Cards, telephone payments etc. For many years of cooperation, there were never unsolved problems. Great respect for a healthy approach to the client. Opinion after experience with almost ten loans at this bank. Best regards and recommend
