Green Terraces - cottages on the lake

The place is truly captivating. Landscaping wonderful. Everything well thought out, great outdoor areas to sit in the evenings. The hosts very nice. The downside is the cabins - especially a converted caravan. The second is in better condition, but very dark. Both are cold. Purely tidy, but everything is several dozen years old - equipment, furniture ... Unfortunately, the musty smell is noticeable. In the wooden house in the description - four couches - these are actually four mattresses located on the floor just under the roof. However, everywhere is very clean and elegant, just quite old equipment. The green terraces are severely damaged by time ... On the other hand, the entrance to the water is overgrown with marshes and reeds - even when descending the ladder from the pier, you cannot go up so as not to fall into water plants with your feet. From the shore it is completely impossible - reeds, marshes, calamus. And it was very poor and disappointing for the kids. However, there is a bike that you can swim further and jump on to swim, so - you can. Fish ponds ... Hm. Well - I don't think anything is feeding there right now ... We haven't caught anything at all. The hosts are absolutely unobtrusive and not embarrassing with their presence, although you never know when they will come "for inspection" paying attention to some mess - it can be irritating. However, they do it with class and very culturally. However, we would prefer to know in advance. Wonderful views. Houses, a pier and, above all, the entrance to the water to be modernized, and a specific one. The area is beautiful and with great potential. However, you can see that it is already old. Is it worth the ride - yes. But because of the nature and many interesting places to visit around, and very good land development (volleyball court, basket, table tennis ...). Edit after object owner responses: Please don't be offended. I always try to give honest and true opinions - in my opinion, there is nothing that is not true. You can see how much heart you put into the facility. Writing an opinion has only one goal for me - to make the decision easier for potential landlords or visitors. I did not want to add up-to-date photos, to write delicately that this charming place is tarnished by time. It's just that ... in response, the Lord indicates that we accepted the regulations while staying ... This is what it is probably about - a nice, warm approach, and not - regulation. In view of the above, I am attaching up-to-date photos of the pier and the descent to the water. I have absolutely nothing against drawing attention to the children, though, of course subjectively (as you were kind to note) I say that the wording that all six old rusty bullets are to be in one place - five were next to each other, sixth on during an unannounced inspection - subjectively of course - I consider it to be ... maybe yes - resulting from a slight oversensitivity to order. You mention the garden, stating that I did not mention it. So I mention here - there is a garden - we ate 10-15 maybe carrots from it and we broke one sprig of mint. We did not take advantage of other benefits. I try to always stand in the truth - always. I cordially greet you and I assure you that I have very fond memories of my stay, although you are right that the unannounced "inspection" during which - also as you mention - irritated you with some rubbish (you did not mention it to us) and the scattered sports equipment spoiled your freedom and comfort of rest. Maybe you need to write on the website - we come when we want, without prior notice and we check the condition and arrangement of everything on our plot. You, as the owners, have the full right to do so. And then it is clear to potential tenants. I wish you all the best and all the best. The place has great potential.
