Great store
I wait 6 weeks for my order and I sell it with every phone call. The table was to be in 3 weeks later after Sunday and then Sunday before Christmas now after the New Year! which I have not even been informed about! There would be no problem if the lady who works there (store manager) would not assure me that by Christmas SURE the table will be there. No understanding whatsoever ☹
The worst furniture store that I had contact with, they pressed my wife's bed with the DL unfold function without the machine and with the plates on the bed frame, which bend from the very look because they are very thin 15mm. The wife decided to give the bed back, they said in the store that they would take the bed for sure and give the cash back only to deliver it at their own expense and pack it nicely. The wife ordered a courier, we packed it nicely, paid PLN 70 for delivery to the store's warehouse and on-site store staff said that the beds would not take, which is contrary to what they said the day before. I strongly advise against this shop !!! It will not end there because I will contact the consumer protection office because it is pushing anything, completely defusing and cheating the customer, exposing costs and misleading.
For me 5/5 every time. I have already ordered items from Abra several times and have no problems with delivery or assembly.
Professional service, Lord very nice and helpful you can see that they know what they are selling. Affordable prices. Corners in cool trendy colors. One star less for small store furniture stocking.
