I was in the shop today. The level of customer service did not suit me.
I don't know if the woman serving my mother had a bad day or if she always treats customers disdainfully, but I definitely don't want to go back to the store.
It would also be nice if she had a mask on her face.
Quality of the sliding cabinet for PLN 1600 total bottom - zero quality control before spamming in furniture packages.
Wardrobe purchased and delivered on time. In the store, the goods look quite elegant, and after unpacking the parts from the box, most of them are damaged, and this is manufacturing damage, and here quality control. During the assembly I called to report irregularities, I learned that they will replace parts in the new year, and I assembled the wardrobe on December 23. I say, how am I supposed to stay for Christmas with a cluttered room, because the wardrobe cannot be folded. I folded the wardrobe to live somehow for Christmas, after Christmas I complained, later came the alleged appraiser (ordinary driver who distributes furniture and has no idea about them - he admitted) to take pictures and today I got an official letter that the complaint is invalid.
The company mockery and more my leg will not stand there, just like my family and all friends.
Overall ok
Everything is cool but they mistaken the order of the countertop, and that's cool.
