Prices from space. Fish twice as expensive as in other pet stores. Other animals without water or food. The boy wanted a turtle filter, the ladies recommended a cascade (!!!) which would not fit in any way. After 15 minutes from the purchase, when the boy saw what I was advised, we returned to the store where I heard that they do not accept returns! I will never visit this store again. Due to incompetent service and high prices, they do it at all costs to earn. May this store be closed.

I have had a steppe turtle from there for 5 years and everything is fine.

It's a nightmare, as you can keep monkeys in a (small) cage in the gallery. Poor animals run from wall to wall ... The heart breaks when one looks at the suffering of these innocent beings. No words on those who brought them to the store. Conditions for all animals are not suitable. I could use some intervention.

I am indignant that live monkeys are kept in a small cage and get tired, are exposed to stress and are dirty. It is a mistake to display the animals as attractions in the store, after paying attention the lady replied that it was not her business. The animals get tired there, I saw mice and rats that were in very poor condition and the employees don't care.

Today I bought a dog bed, but unfortunately it turned out to be too small, after 20 minutes from the moment of purchase I wanted to return the goods, with a tag, receipt. It turned out that I could not return the goods but exchange them. There was no such lair, however, so I asked for a refund! Unfortunately, there is no such option in this store. It turns out that there is a sign that informs the customer that there is no return of the purchased goods. It hangs high, not at the cash register and not at eye level! In addition, ladies very unpleasant, who offend the client. I will report this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman! I advise against shopping in this store!
