We ordered a package, it came incomplete. Unfortunately, it was not possible to send us the missing products, so they returned us the money. Great but with shipping this one thing despite the promotion is not profitable (and they will not return for shipping because I would have ordered it anyway - unfortunately I would have ordered somewhere else ...). As part of the compensation - 20% on the most expensive item in the basket (of which promotions cannot be combined) and what will not come again? Poor customer approach ...
