Manor house from 1925-1926. The earlier names of the villages were: Więsławice, Wiensławice, Wenczslavicz (1355), and Więczławice (1580). The first mention of it comes from 1355. It was then that the prince of Kuyavia, Władysław (the lord of Gniewkowo), freed the heir from Żuławy from all fees and burdens? Mikołaj Rumlik. In the 16th century, the goods were noble property. In 1580, they belonged to Jan Tupadlski and Jakub Włodek, who owned the so-called Więcławice Górne. The later owners of these properties include R. Geschke (1852), Robert Graesmann (1881) and Meier (1884). In 1921, the property was owned by a joint-stock company from Warsaw: Buszczyńscy SA, in 1944 - the German Reich (which was entered into the books of Polish estates), and after the war, the Polish State Treasury. The Plant Breeding and Protection Station was a long-term user, now it houses apartments.
