I rate tortillas with a downside!

Even good pizza, but the service is not nice.
I ordered a pizza, the lady did not hang up and said to someone: What a kid. Let the staff work on respect, regardless of age.
Tragedy! The waiting time for the order is theoretically an hour. In fact, more than 2 hours have passed! It is worth taking into account that the kebabs were ordered ... And when I called several times, no one answered. When they finally picked up, I only heard that the driver was already leaving and they had a lot of takeaways, no apologies or anything and the Lady was disconnected ... Rude.
I do not recommend ! Never again!
Starting with the order viz
I understand that everyone secures some amount from the delivery, but when the customer orders the largest pizza plus 3 drinks, he hears that he has to order something because there is no amount of delivery (PLN 35) and he orders only scraps for the child and it turns out that he pays 71 PLN on the spot! ?
The lady who delivers the food serves it through the window ?!
In addition, the pizza stays in the throat so it is burnt .. the nags are so hard that the child cannot bite
