Four stars, although with a negative. At the beginning, the pros: a very large, clean, comfortable house, two terraces, a huge living room, a pier and a roof right next to the water. The house has a swimming pool, sauna, bar and billiards (although this glory is long behind it). Generally, you can already see that the house needs to be refreshed. Now for the cons: the proximity to DK 16 and the 24/7 noise of trucks laboriously climbing the nearby hill, although the noise level is very dependent on the direction of the wind. The biggest minus is the lake. It is a small and very overgrown reservoir, almost devoid of fish (we fished five people for a week who really know their stuff; the effects are less than meager). Of course, the homeowners have no influence on this. On the other hand, the shoreline belonging to the property is also terribly overgrown and just a bit neglected. Children can forget about bathing. A veil of silence should be lifted on the island, a veritable jungle ...

A great place for an integration meeting! Fantastic location, wonderful conditions and lots of space. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in great conditions. There is a pool, billiards, sauna, huge lounge and fantastic service! Outside, peace and quiet and an amazing view of the private jetty. The lake is stunning. I would recommend anyone to stay in this place!

Great place! In December, we organized a wedding party at the House on Linowa Bay. Owners are very helpful, service also. I also highly recommend the delicious catering. The place is beautiful and the house meets all expectations. We will definitely be back again.
