We hit the cut menu day due to two events at this place. No vegetarian options. Nothing turned out to be true from the "pork loin with fried cabbage" item. Probably a turkey cutlet, large and inedible, and instead of a roux, sweet bigos floating in the water. The broth was served almost cold, the soup was once better. The only thing we liked was the bottled water. If this is the case, the restaurant should not be open in the event of several events.
In Forge of flavors, I am always passing through, but I have never been disappointed with food. Very tasty and well presented dishes. Nice and menu-oriented service. Possibility to buy home-made products such as sourdough bread or smoked sirloin (which I especially recommend). Prices most appropriate to the quality and taste.
I will certainly eat more than once :)
