A very disrespectful approach to the client. Actually, it is a lack of approach to the client. The ladies, standing a few steps away from me, were talking to other people at work. While waiting at the counter for one of the ladies to serve me, I would probably be standing there to this day. Nobody came. I don't usually write negative reviews, but it's already below the belt. I do not recommend it, I bought a jacket, I wanted to return it and here is a return in the form of a gift card. I will never buy anything from this store again

The salon manager refused to accept the complaint claiming that he was not allowed to make such decisions. The jacket has been sent twice without any repairs, in addition dirty. They claim that they can hold a 3 MSS jacket without the obligation to repair mockery. They do not even provide access to the regulations in which it is included. I do not recommend this store
