I was a regular customer, unfortunately it's time for a change. A very arrogant old lady probably works there as a punishment.
Today I was in the smyk store. The service was terrible, I came to the cash register with an inquiry. One cashier just ignored me, leaving me without any answer, just glared at me as if she was working there as a punishment. The second, on the other hand, only after some time replied drowsily and whispered something under her breath. I do not recommend!!!
Store service terrible. My husband asked where the product was and if there were any other items we were interested in. A lady (short blond hair, about 55 years) arrogant, she even shouted to us that she is not there, to which her husband replied that he did not want such a tone, because he asks normally so he expects respect and said that you probably are not suitable for work with people, to which you answered that her husband was unfit. We will never look into this store again. It's a pity, because they cool things for children
The service was very rude. I gave up the purchase after approaching the cash register. I think you worked there as a punishment
Great clothes, great quality, but service to be discarded. Unpleasant women are afraid to ask something. If they could kill with their eyes, 3/4 customers would be dead.
