Furniture arrived in terrible condition, damaged, no assembly kit, receipt also missing instructions and later than promised. After talking to the owner (although apparently there is no owner there, everyone is as good as it was today, an unpleasant lady informed me, laughing on the phone). When I got the assembly kit yesterday (the damaged elements are to be in January), it turned out that the kit is missing elements again. What kind of company must it be that, after so many calls and requests, has not checked what is leaving them again and nowadays when everyone should try? Apparently they don't care. From the moment I said that I was going to return the furniture, the service was very unpleasant, the lady did not want to give the manager, saying that they are all equal. I emphasize NO KIND OF SERVICE, DAMAGED FURNITURE AND ANOTHER TIME A DECOMPLETED PACKAGE COMES, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE THERE IS THERE TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I ADVISE COMPLETELY, three weeks of my nerves and it looks like another three !!!!

The service in this store is at the highest level, special thanks to Ms. Justyna, who, despite several problems with the delivered furniture, stood up to the task and arranged everything without complications, additional costs and practically on the spot, as I wished. As for the quality of the furniture, it is average, but at these prices it is difficult to expect the quality of Kler furniture. Everything can be put together, fits quite well and if you do not jump on them, they will last a bit.

Unfortunately, I cannot positively rate the furniture from the Per La Vita store. The quality is very poor. I was ordering a bookcase and a coffee table. The furniture has already arrived to me chipped in several places. But I decided to ignore it because it was not very conspicuous. Breaking the table's leg on the same day as the assembly was more problematic. The staff reacted quickly and sent me the damaged element at no cost, contact with the store was also fine, although now, after six months of use, the leg fell off again. It gives two stars because contact with the store is a plus. Unfortunately somehow the furniture is very poor

Fast shipping, very well-made furniture, but instead of a wardrobe I got some other small cupboard 😂 But that's it 5/5

I am very satisfied, the California segment I ordered looks great. Everything well packed, there were no dents. All screws are well packed, the instructions are clear. I highly recommend.
