Super company with a large ALE. Generally a wide range and friendly service. I was very pleased until I wanted to return the remaining unused goods on pallets requiring HDS pickup. Like the usual situation as I order at the construction site I give a lot of the rest because nobody counts as to the art so there are 3 excess pallets but I call the Cermix company and we have no problem picking up. Ok, we've agreed that they'll get a free pickup as soon as HDS returns empty in my area, they'll have my number, they'll probably be calling again ten or tomorrow, great thought. the next day I'm calling: they didn't make it, in two days he will go and pick up, ok I'm waiting. On the day of receipt I ask again in two days or they will call. After a week I urged, already skipping translations. I helped for the second week. The third week is calling to ask if they can take it because I have a child's birthday and want to have order in the garden, there will be children, a grill, a bouncy castle and these three pallets. they answer that they can come specially when I pay for the collection, it will cost PLN 150, so I invite you as soon as the child's birthday is tidy, it's ok.
