Only in this clinic I was treated like a human being. High staff culture, empathy of doctors who first order tests and then treat. In other clinics, they always prescribe drugs right away and experiment with patients, but here it is different and it is consistent with the methodology of my work. Thank you for looking after all JOLOKO staff and recommend it to others.

I definitely do not recommend this clinic. We were treated culpably by an ophthalmologist. He announced through a nurse that he would not undertake an eye check for my daughter after squint surgery. After my pleas that he would at least look at my daughter's eye, he dismissively asked me out the door!

NEGATIVE opinion! The recorder booked me a visit and ordered me to call in the morning to confirm! By calling with confirmation I was informed that the doctor does not accept at all in the time I was saved! She told me to sign up for the next date which I would have to wait another over a week! I note that almost 2 I have been waiting for an "appointment" !! It's better to change the staff, because I advise everyone to visit this clinic even though they are taking good doctors there !! Please, do not make me crazy. I called to make an appointment at zamoscou not at another clinic called JOLOKO !! Besides, I wanted to visit a competent doctor. Registering by phone I got the information that I am scheduled for Friday at 10.40 a.m. 10.45 and told to call 9 o'clock to confirm the appointment! I asked three times to be sure if I understood correctly! I've been waiting for a visit for almost 2 weeks! Then, calling the clinic in the morning, I received information from some wise lady who tried to tell me that she was lying and my mistake! I learned that the veil in this hour does not accept at all! So how did I get an appointment for this visit and proposed a visit for another 3 weeks! He does not blame the clinic but your employee who lacks competence and humility! Not much of it, with pretensions and fags, it should keep for your friends, not patients! In addition, it is very easy to check who made the mistake because all visits are recorded on a given day and time! So the mistake lies on your side !! Wrongful behavior. Finally, I gave up the visit to the clinic and I advise against everyone because a man is looking for a visit, he is waiting for a lot of time and suddenly there is such a circus because otherwise you can not call it!
