If there was a grade 0 option, I wouldn't hesitate.
It is very hard to cooperate with the hotline, I sent the orders asking for a pro-forma in order to make a prepayment. Day 3 passes and there is no proforma. Probably the company does not care about selling its products and the good opinion of its customers.
I called the company, but unfortunately nobody answers (probably during the holiday period).
Certainly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND the shop, and I certainly will not buy in this shop for the second time when I work in the hospital.
