Opinion not about services. (because it was not possible to use them) and about human kindness. At the beginning of October, my mother and a friend are returning from the apple harvest, they caught a flat tire (a big nail stuck in a wheel), and - as it seemed - lucky - it happened in the vicinity of this service plant. Unfortunately, despite many requests, even pleas, none of the mechanics provided help (of course, no one expected them to do it for free), explaining that they did not have enough time, they offered help in 3-4 hours. Total insensitivity, no human reflexes, no empathy ... The service of replacing a spare wheel, which would take 10 minutes, was totally ignored by all employees of the plant, maybe if a beautiful young woman or a man in a suit in a Mercedes was standing there, gentlemen would run out to help, unfortunately there were 2 old ladies in working clothes ... in addition, they were soaked ....

A large commission, the service was nice and helpful. I would have given more stars, had it not been for the fact that after three months from the purchase of the car (3000km done), the engine was not refurbished. It is known that after the purchase, the timing, filters and oil should be changed, which I do not count. However, I did not think that this would include regeneration of the turbine, camshaft, glasses, valve cover with pneumothorax, thermostat, temperature sensor, tensioner, air conditioning and God knows what else ... After buying the car, I had to add almost PLN 5,000 ... Despite the good initial opinion, I will not visit you again, and the rest I ADVISE against the alleged commission ...
